November Demo Series - Jo Acher

On the night you're going to hear about what Chiropractic is, how it works and when it is appropriate . You'll then see live demos with 2 horses as real life models to go through what we look for in an animal potentially needing treatment and what people can observe in their own horses as well as demonstrating what a treatment looks like and feels like to a horses.

This is set to be a very informative evening and a great chance to learn about equine physicality & anatomy.

About Jo Archer:

Joanne has been in practice treating animals for over 16 years. She is a keen rider, currently training and competing in endurance riding, having previously competed at show jumping. Joanne understands the demands placed on the competitive horse and, where appropriate, Joanne works closely with other professionals including vets, trainers, farriers, saddlers and other therapists to find the best solution for each horse. Joanne graduated from McTimoney Chiropractic College (Abingdon) in 1999 and went on to complete a PG Diploma in Animal Manipulation (University of Wales) in 2002.

Joanne also attained a further veterinary chiropractic qualification with the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic in 2014 and continues to study their advanced modules Joanne is a registered Chiropractor, a member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association (MCA) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractors (FCC) as well as a member of both the International and British Veterinary Chiropractic Associations and is registered with RAMP.
